I have canceled this account multiple times, AND YOU KEEP BILLING ME. I should legit sue shopify for all these wrongful payments.

 

What is going on at this company?

 

DO NOT BILL ME EVER AGAIN. CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIETLY. 

 

SantasSales has been canceled for years, how is this possible that I am being billed $43/mo years later? Are you guys literally kidding me?

Sorry to hear you feel you're being billed in error for a store you understand you had previously closed.

 

While we can't provide account support publicly here I would like to ensure you can get the support you need for this.

 

Please reach out via our Help Center here and follow the steps below:


1. Click on the option that says "Can't log in to your Shopify account".
2. Next, click on "I still can't access my account".
3. Scroll down the page, and you should find the live chat option.


There we'll be able to help you to locate any charge you're seeing that relates to Shopify and help you to close any stores you do not wish to continue to use.
