Why am I still being charged after canceling my account?

I was charged $40 for another month and I was told that my account was canceled so I don't know why I am still getting charged for something that I am not using or that I cant even use

Just to double check, do you only have one store on Shopify? If so, please contact our Support Team for information regarding refunds and closing your store.
