Good afternoon, I have an account with you guys and I canceled my subscription months ago. I was charged last month when I wasn't supposed to. I was told the charge for May would be refunded but still hasn't when I contacted support. I would like a refund for both of the $40 charges. I canceled this service months ago but I am still being charged repeatedly. Please help me resolve this issue
Thank you.

Hi, @quizz.

Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums.

We typically don't provide refunds, as outlined on section 5.10 of our Terms of Service here. In saying this, I can understand how unexpected it must be to still be receiving charges when your store has been cancelled, so our live support team can be contacted to investigate your account in more detail and to provide you with the most appropriate next steps. Because we can't access accounts via the Community Forums however, from here you'll need to contact our live support team via our Help Center here so that we can further assist.

If you can no longer log in to your store, you can follow the instructions below to bypass the login page of the Help Center:

  • Under the Troubleshooting heading on the Help Center link I shared above, select Can't log in to your Shopify account as seen in the below image

  • Next, on the Reset your password page click I still can't access my accountKimi_1-1688009395997.png

  • On the following page, scroll down to the Get Support heading to view our available contact options, and our live support team will be able to further assist from there.
