Why am I still charged monthly after paying an annual subscription?

I have paid an annual subscription which was already deducted from my credit card, however, I'm still getting payments from Shopify on a monthly basis! Please advise what needs to be done.

 

Note: I changed the plan from advanced plan to a basic plan.

When it comes to your inquiry, this new monthly bill can be other charges to your account such as shipping or perhaps app charges. Please visit this help document as it will show you how to understand your bill better. 

 

Once you have gone through that document and still believe this is an error, you can reach out to our live support team so that they can investigate further and see what is happening.
