Why am I unable to sell rubies?

So I sell jewelry and watches mostly. But I also sell antiques and vintage designer items. My Shop payments and Apple pay we're shut down. I received a email from trust and safety saying, "I'm not allowed to sell loose gemstones because they have stored value".? Legal said because they don't loose value Shopify doesn't support me selling them. I was told if I wanted to use Shopify payments and Shop pay I had to take them down. I did. Took week's to get back online and I lost 3 sales channels and my Microsoft account was suspended for egregious violations, in the meantime.

But there are dozens of others on Shopify selling loose stones. Even a dropshipping app in the app store sells only loose diamonds. So why can everyone else sell them just not me? 

Why on earth would this happen. ?
