Why are all my ecommerce payouts still pending after a month?

I have had my Shopify account for a month now and all of my payouts are marked as pending after a month. I have contacted my bank and there shouldn’t be a problem with me receiving the money. Just wondering if there is something else I need to do to receive the money ?

Thank you for getting in touch. Do you see any banners or errors in the Shopify admin that point to an issue with the Shopify Payments account? Have you been asked to provide any documentation from our payments team? Payouts will typically be a pending state for a few montgs but a month is an irregular wait.


If you cannot see any messages in the admin or in your email inbox from our team indicating what next steps need to be taken, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team and asking them to check this for you.

I'm having the exact same issue. Did you get this resolved?? I made a support ticket but no one has gotten back to me
