Why are all my shipping options not showing at checkout?

Hi there,

 

So I set up shipping rates for the US for UPS and USPS. I go through the checkout process and it's only giving me the option for USPS Priority Mail instead of the 3 USPS options and the 6 UPS options. How do I get these options to show? My pieces weigh 4oz each, so they definitely don't qualify for PM by themselves.

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

 

You mentioned that you set up your shipping rates and the only option you are being shown is the USPS Priority Mail instead of the other options. This can happen for various reasons and we can troubleshoot this together. Are you able to confirm if you have more than one active shipping profile?

 

This can be done by heading over to Settings and viewing the Shipping page. There is a default profile when you create your store, called the General Profile, which has the rates for all of your products. If you create a custom profile, and all of them are still associated with the default profile, you will need to head over to the custom profile and add theme again in the product section. 

 

If you are able to, kindly share a screenshot of your current shipping profiles and I will take a closer look. You can also share your URL and I can test out a check out on my end.
