Why are customer cards getting declined at checkout?

My customers cards keep getting declined at checkout. The information they entered is 100% correct and the abandoned cart ( if I got one ) says nothing to help with why It got declined. I am also not in test mode. This is hurting my business, im getting hundreds of visitors and nobody can check out.  please help 

 

Is anybody else having/ have had this issue and found how to fix It?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand the importance of being able to resolve this issue as it's impacting your business and not allowing customers to access the checkout and complete a purchase.

 

Could you provide a bit more context on when this issue first occurred and are there any additional error messages displayed when inputting card details?

hello!

thank you for getting back with me. I am not sure when it started but I was
told by a customer first about it yesterday. It could have started sooner
though and I just didn't know. They have used multiple different cards to
try and purchase and all of them are getting declined so i know its on my
end. I can attach a screenshot of the message customers get.

Thank you. I hope we can get this figured out fast because i am currently
losing a lot of money with all of these orders I'm missing out on.

I don't think the image attached. but the error message customers get says " your payment details couldn't be verified, check your card details and try again."

Thanks for sharing the error message they're receiving.

 

Since there are no errors populating within the abandoned carts section, could you have the customers try contacting their bank/payment provider to see if there are any issues on their end?

 

I'd also suggest your customer try entering their card details at checkout from a different device and web browser or clearing their cookies and cache, restarting their browser and trying again.
