Why are customers unable to check out due to payment processing issue?

Hello,

I am having an issue where none of my customers can checkout because they get this message after they type their credit card info in and click continue "There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method." It says my Shopify Payments are set up and ready to take payments. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
