Why are free gifts not importing on Clickship leading to partially fulfilled orders?

I have a flow that add free gifts to some orders and they are not importing in clickship. So, the order is partially fulfilled by this platform but I need to go back on shopify fulfilling manually the free gifts. I'd like to know why this is happening. Do I need to import manually the products in Clickship? Do I need to add a condition de the flow?

If you're using Shopify Flow, you could probably set up a condition to automatically fulfill those items.

If Clickship is an app, I would contact them directly to ask why things aren't importing, they will know best for your exact situation.
