Why are funds missing from my Collab account?

Hello,

Can someone please get in touch with me as I've had a pending amount of 36.45 sitting in my account. I've not touched it and when I went to check, it is not showing up any longer. I can see the amount in the analytics from where I earned the money from as well. Thank you
