Why are Indian users charged extra transaction fees on Shopify?

I create websites for clients on Shopify, but all my clients are shifting from Shopify to other providers, due to the additional transactional fees charged by Shopify for using third party payment providers, we don't have any choice in India other than third party payment providers as Shopify Payments is not available in India. So why charging a fee when we don't have any choice. My 5 clients closed their shopify website and shifted to Wordpress as it does not charge any additional fees other than payment gateway charges. Please do something about it or else slowly everyone will shift from Shopify to other platforms.

We see such issue a lot. Have you checked Uvodo.com?

It's without commissions and extra fees. We found a lot merchants moving there form India. THey have a Razorpay integration too.
