Why are my checkout customization options limited on the Arogya theme?

Hello Shopify Representatives, I am the owner of the store called Within Life. I've been seeing some videos on YouTube on how to customize checkout to increase conversions, but the amount of options that those YouTube creators have are much more in number, than what I have. They have options like, "layout, animations, variant pills, dropdowns and pop-ups, etc.  Either I am not able to find out where these options are in the checkout page or these options are not there in my theme. The theme that I use is "Arogya". Kindly help me deduce my problem. Thankyou and let me know if you need to know anything else.
