Why are my custom shipping rates not displaying correctly?

Hello i am having problems with synching my Shipping rates to my site. I set up custom Shipping rates and only one shipping rate (the free rate) shows without displaying the other 2 custom rates i created. 

Also No shipping apps is available to configure in the familiar Shipping Zones. When I try "Add rate" > "Use carrier or app to calculate rates" to any Shipping Zone. It display: "There are no carriers or apps available for this zone." I have 2 stores, but apparently with this store. I am having a hard too setting up. If someone can please help?

Hi @momenttopawz,

 

Have you added any carriers under the Shipping & Delivery section? If yes then you have to enable Carrier Calculated Shipping Rates to display shipping rates at checkout. 

 

To access your carrier calculated rates for different carriers, there are 3 options:
  • Add this feature for an additional $20/month on your current Shopify plan
  • Choose a yearly subscription for your current Shopify plan, with which you can get this option for free.
  • Upgrade your plan to Advanced Shopify Plan
Once you choose any of these, you can contact Shopify support to enable it in your store
