Why are my customers being charged for free shipping?

Hi all,

For some reason my customers are being charged shipping, when I've registered their suburb as free shipping.

It seems too have something to do with auto-fill but I can't seem to work out how to fix it

Please help in Laymans terms! (I'm almost Shopify illiterate!)

Hi @Tiffiny1988,

Are you having multiple shipping profiles? Like having profiles with zones where you are charging shipping costs?
