My clients are not being charged shipping on some products and i am not sure why? I added the weight of the product. And this cost is adding up. Any suggestions on how i can fix this?

Thanks for getting back to me! I ended up solving the problem! Under the shipping setting page, i clicked on "manage shipping rates" to find out that items of 5-10lb were marked under free shipping. Not sure why but i fixed that now.
