Why are my e-commerce payouts still pending after two months?

Hello everyone, I have over $1000 dollars in pending payouts. On the home page it says the following:

 

  • Your payouts from Shopify Payments are temporarily on hold while we review your account. Your Shopify Payments account is under review and needs to be verified. Review should be completed within two business days and we will reach out to you if further information is required. Your customers can still checkout while your payouts are on hold.

The problem is that it has been almost two months and nothing has happened. All orders have been fulfilled and delivered to the customer. No refund requests, no charge backs, and no issues with customers.  

 

I continue to review my information and everything seems correct. Has anyone encountered this issues? Is there any solutions to this? Thank you in advance.
