I have payouts pending from almost 10 days ago that were made in store using our tap/chip reader. What is going on?

I have payouts pending for purchases on Nov 12,13,14.  Purchases after those dates have paid out. I have spoken with Shopify support twice and all I know is there is an issue with payouts and they will update me when resolved.  Doesn't give me any warm fuzzies as I have $2,600 that I can not access.  Please post back if you get any answers.  Thanks

Ours are from November 10-14th we have already received other payouts as well. Shopify Support where are y'all at??? Been waiting on a valid reason from Shopify Support since the 16th and all they keep telling me is to give it 24-48 hours....well it's been over 240 hours!!!

I had sales at 2 locations using Shopify POS.  Sales were in Katy, Texas and Houston, Texas.  I wasn’t given any timeline for a fix, only, yup, there’s an issue, we are working on it and we’ll let you know when it is fixed.  Also, support sent me a link that identifies issues in your area.  I let them know my issue wasn’t even listed and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem.  I asked that they send out an email to all effected instead of waiting on each person to contact the help desk.  I’ve got a feeling something big has happened and they are trying to keep it low key.  Pretty sure we will all receive our $$ but a little concerned about when that will happen

I’m experiencing the same thing. I’m getting payouts but not all payouts owed and they’re going back to 20 days ago. Nov. 9th-14th. This better get fixed! This is my hard earned money and I have rent to pay!!

We are having this issue with transactions on 11/14-11/16 Shopify Payments.

They were both pending for over a week, looked like they paid out and they seem to have reversed most of the payments for 11/15. We've been with Shopify for a number of years with a really low chargeback rate.  They amount they took back is over 50x the disputed orders that we had last year.
