Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there, I have two issues:
1. My shop has been stocked the same way for over a year. Today it was restocked the same way it always has been, and for some reason, I received a notification on my orders tab that things were "unfulfilled". Um...why? They used to be automatically filled when the purchaser bought the product. So what is so different now? And how do I fix this? Sometimes I am away from my computer and I do not have the ability to fulfill the order when they purchase it. It used to automatically fulfill, so I could be away from the computer and not have to worry about this. Can someone please help me understand what to do? Thank you!
2. Is there a customer service or chat function for help with shopify? Every time I click the button that says "not what you're looking for? we're here to help", it takes me right back to the sign in page and I repeat the same process over and over. It's absolutely MADDENING. And I cant find any customer service help! Please, let me know if theres something that I'm missing. Thank you in advance!!!

For your fulfillment issue, I recommend checking your order settings, and the steps to do so are in this help document. It's possible that your fulfillment settings were at some point switched from "automatic" to "manual" which would explain why your orders are staying as "unfulfilled". Once you change that back to automatic, you shouldn't run into that issue anymore.
