Why are my online store payments on hold?

Hiya guys, I've just started a new store and set up Shopify payments today how ever the payments are now on hold with the notification saying the following

 

Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account

Contact Support for next steps on this standard review. This hold does not prevent your customers from checking out.

 

I can't find anywhere to actually contact Shopify to resolve this.  Any suggestions?

Ted here from Shopify, thanks for posting your query! 

When did this notification first appear in the admin? If you check your email's inbox, spam, junk, promotional or social folder, can you locate an email from Shopify Support in regards to the review? If so, I'd recommend replying back to that email when you have a moment. If not, please contact our support here (Support > Contact Support in the main menu), so we can authenticate your account and take a closer look.
