Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, Im Daryn, I have just recently started a store and have received a few sales. all my payments I should receive are still pending and some a from 2 weeks ago. Is there any way I would be able to get help.
Hello, @Daryn1!
Happy to help you with this!
Have you noticed the 'Pending' status next to several orders on your store? This status indicates that the sales have been made, but the funds haven't been transferred to your bank account through a Shopify Payments Payout yet. More about pending payouts here.
Firstly, please check if you have set a longer payout schedule, such as monthly, in your settings. You can review your payout schedule by going to Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments 'Manage' and checking the Payout schedule section.
Additionally, I recommend checking your Shopify admin for any messages or warnings related to your Shopify Payments account. There might be verification documents that need to be submitted, which could be causing the pending status on some transactions.
If you're unable to determine the cause of these pending transactions and the information provided above doesn't offer more insight, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via our help centre here at this link. They will be able to investigate the transactions further and provide you with more specific assistance.
