Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I want a full refund on all the Shopify fee for the past three months until the payments resume. It's completely unacceptable for a company like Shopify to conduct some annual check for payment services for THREE MONTHS and make us chase support again and again.
We have no issues anywhere with our payments, rarely any refunds, a small number of frauds - but nothing.
Maybe someone can explain how Shopify can conduct business this way and NEVER issues refunds on their fees when they block your store like this.
