Why are my payments failing after changing bank details?

Hello, I changed my banking info to my Business account a few months ago, now all my payments are failing, it says that i put the wrong details in, but when I go to change the banking info, it wants me to verify the old info in order to add new info and I must've made a typo or something because when I put the old info in, it says it does not match the info in the system. So I am currently stuck, and my funds are stuck in Shopify. Please help.

You need to contact merchant support directly, they should assist with the change.

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is very helpful. I can certainly understand the importance of making sure you receive your payouts. In order for us to assist with making changes to the bank account that is connected to your online store, we will need to authenticate you for the store in question. 

 

You can confirm your account by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with an Advisor about the situation. Once you are successfully logged in, you will directed to our Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with and search for related articles. You should then see the option to Get Support located below the search results.

You using Bluevine?  I think Shopify has an issue where now charges are failing.  Neither has a solution......
