Why are my payments on hold for the past 10 days?

from Past 10 days im getting issue 

Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account

This is a standard review, and this hold does not prevent your customers from checking out.

Your support advisor asked me you will receive a email but its been passed 10 days but i dont have received yet , please help me

Shopify Payments account. I have been notified that my payouts amounting to
€1335 are currently on hold due to a standard review process. I understand
the importance of such reviews; however, it has been more than 10 days, and
the hold is causing significant issues on my end. I have already reached
out to your chat support, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a
resolution. The concern I’m facing is that I have suppliers to pay, and the
€1335 is crucial for managing these payments promptly. The delay is putting
a strain on my business operations, and I kindly request your assistance in
expediting the release of my payment. I am more than willing to provide any
additional information or documentation necessary to facilitate the review
process. Please understand the urgency of this matter, as it directly
