Why are my payouts on hold and how can I resolve it?

I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE FROM SHOPIFY IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

 

It has been 9 days since my payouts have been put on hold: "Your payouts from Shopify payments are on hold while we review your account"

 

I have non stop contacted shopify support advisors but all they have been able to do is 'escalate' the case to the proper support team.

(So what is the point of me talking to these people if they cannot help my issue?)

 

It has now been 9 DAYS and I am STILL WAITING FOR MY PAYOUTS WHICH HAS OVER $3000 SITTING THERE. 

 

CUSTOMERS ARE HARRASSING ME FOR REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS ARE BEING MADE, MY BUSINESS IS BEING RUINED. MY LIVLIHOOD AND MY OWN WELL BEING IS ALSO BEING AFFECTED BY THESE ATROTOUS SCAMMERS. I DEMAND SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!! 

 

I have documented this from the very beginning. I have screenshots, video recordings, emails etc of the 9 days I've had to sit here and wait while customers can STILL purchase from my website but I can't receive the funds... MY FUNDS.

 

RELEASE MY PAYOUT NOW OR I WILL BE GOING TO THE COMMERCE COMMISSION AND TALKING TO THE BANK SHOPIFY USES AND TRUST ME ILL BE GETTING MUCH MORE FROM YOU THAN MY OWN PAYOUT BALANCE.

 

SO NOT USE SHOPIFY!!!!!!!! PLENTY OTHER ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS THAT DONT HAVE THIS RUBBISH SYSTEM.

 

EVEN THE CHAT SUPPORT AYSTEM IS BROKEN AND THEY CANT EVEN FIX THIS!!!!!

THIS WAS MOT STATED IN THEIR POLICY OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT I MADE SURE I READ THOROUGHLY!!!!!

 

HOW CAN I GET MY PAYOUT BALANCE AND LEAVE SHOPIFY FOR GOOD????? CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME SHOPIFY REFUSES TO HELP ME

Make sure the Legal Business Name shows the name on your bank statement.  This can be found under Settings and then Store Details.  if they don't match there is good chance you won't receive any payouts.

 

Probably should check the business address as well to make sure it matches the bank statement.

This is the exact same thing that has happened to me and the same days!!!!!! I have talked to multiple Shopify support people and they say the exact same thing they have said to you!! Have you had any answers???

Nope they've emailed me again today telling me to have to wait 120 days.
Pathetic. Currently in the process of setting up a petition to shut shopify
down
