Why are my payouts on hold and how can I resolve this?

Shopify abruptly stopped my payouts without warning 3 days ago.  I've emailed the docs requested and have had no response.  I need those payouts to operate!  I can't get a hold of anyone.  What do I do??  A department emailed me to explain they saw a collegiate item on my website and wanted proof that I can be a reseller.  I sent over my invoices and my vendor's company info.... Still no response.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with your payouts, I can certainly understand the importance of receiving your payouts and having clear communication about the situation! In this case, since I cannot authenticate you for the store in question due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared over the forums, I am unable to look into the specifics.

 

With that being said, I would suggest reaching out to our support by logging into your online store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

 

Once you successfully login or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the option to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the payouts.
