Why are my payouts still pending after a week despite having shipped orders?

I had 3 orders for about a week now, they are all shipped out( as an advisor recommaned me to add tracking numbers to them) still my payouts are pending i have contacted the live chat for more that 3 times and they always answer with the same thing "wait 48 to 72 hours" and it's been a week now! No response at all no payout dates! Please help me out because i have shipped the orders and didn't got my money so am likely gonna be scammed!
