Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

I didn’t receive an email to verify my identity on my Shopify account and now my payments are on hold and I need the money to fulfill my customers orders.
Did you try contacting Shopify support?

Do you see any banners in your admin for verifying your ID? If you have questions regarding your payments being on hold I recommend you reply directly to the email as that team will have the answers your looking for.
