My shopify payments is on hold more than 10 days...

I receive the same notification, no updates...

Have you encountered a banner or prompt in your admin regarding your Payouts being on hold, or have you received an email regarding this matter? Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I had the banner first, now I have just scheduled payouts, and I receive every 4 days the same notification saying : my shopify payments is on hold, i should contact the support for more information…

The team support said that my case is under review, there is no estimated time for the final decision…

my business is all paused now, my customers are mad…

In most cases, your customers can still check out if your payouts are on hold. However, you won't be paid out for the orders until the hold is resolved. You can refer to our FAQ about Shopify Payment holds here.

 

I'd recommend checking in with support at the link above to see if there has been any movement on this as you mentioned it is affecting your customers. They may be able to provide better insight then I can, as I do not have access to your account from here.
