Why are my Shopify payments on hold?

Hello, recently I had a notification on my store saying shopify payments is on hold, I have provided information but the payments are completely disabled and products cannot be purchased from store. Someone please assist me with what to do.

Payment methods have also completely disappeared and nothing can be bought on shop.
