Why are my Shopify payouts on hold?

Shopify, I need assistance with this. This is not acceptable. There should be a notification as to why. If this is your standard procedure, you should include notifying your customers as a top priority. You can't just freeze money when it's needed. This is not acceptable. I'm considering changing if this doesn't get resolved as soon as possible. This is not helping the flow of our operation. We are very honest no questions on your charges in us. Hello, 

I was able to speak to a Shopify agent. The hold has been removed. Payout schedule showing Dec. 7th, but I haven’t still received the funds to my account. 

Please I need serious assistance with this matter my customer is waiting for the packages and I can’t send these items without Shopify guaranteeing I’ll be paid.
