Why are only PayPal options showing on my active online store checkout?

I have fully set Shopify Payment on my online store with no problems and it's active (I'm in Czechia). However, when I check my website on the checkout aren't any options, except Paypal, even though Shopify payments are active. I tried contacting support but there seems to be a problem there as well, it shows missing account information when I have everything checked and filled. And when I manage to connect to the support page it says try later. Am I doing something wrong or can anyone help me?

Hi there, @OrangeTaker.

Thanks so much for sharing the screenshots this is really useful. I just want to clarify that in the checkout, we see the Express checkout here in the pink box at the top and notice we then have an OR - the or here is where you fill in your details to continue to Shopify Payments:

When we use the bottom checkout here, it should lead to the Shopify Payments on the following page but in your case it is not appearing here for me either:

So you do still need to reach out to live support with this issue in order to get to the bottom of this. I know you mentioned you tried and ran into some issues, so can you please try the following for me to see if this works please?


In order to reach out to live support, while also bypassing the login, please go to this link using a Google Chrome incognito window. You can read how to use an incognito window right here if you need help with this.  Once you have the support page open in an incognito window, select the option "Can't login to my account" which appears here. Then click "I still can't access my account", then scroll down this page to select live chat support, you will then be connected to a live support agent. They can then access your account and help you out from here. Thank you!
