We have a small on-campus university merchandise store we launched in December 2021. We use Shopify shipping and are calculating shipping cost based on product weight. We are only using 3 shipping providers DHL, USPS and UPS and we have 5 different shipping packages/boxes. It seems the cost for our customers to ship is really expensive and I am wondering how I investigate this or check to see if something is wrong other than the product weights.
Thank you for any cooperation.
Hi @KymLeibham,
If you are having multiple shipping profiles configured in your store kindly check if the rates are getting combined or not. Apart from that you also have the choice of activating real-time carrier rates, which are automatically calculated based on the specifics of someone's order from the carrier of your choosing.
