Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I have a number of digital products, which because of the limitations of using the Bold subscriptions app, mean that I need to list them as physical products, but 0 weight - 0kg.
All shipping rates are set to be zero rated for 0kg products, from local to International
Despite this I just got a message from a customer in the Isle of Man who was buying one of these 0kg products and £16.96 shipping was added, which is the International rate we charge for physical products.
I can't replicate it myself, even putting in the customer's same address details.
I appreciate this is a super long shot but have you got any idea how this could happen?
