Why aren't abandoned cart customers appearing after installing Shop Pay?

Abandon cart customers are not showing up in abandoned cart since installing shop pay. Even customers not choosing to purchase shop pay, don’t show as abandoned. Shipping options disappeared after shop pay was installed. I need a developer to over look and fix.

If you believe Shop pay was the reason, then you can try uninstall the app to see if the issue persist.

I highly recommend you to contact Shop pay support. They will have a developer help you check.
