Why aren't all USPS shipping options showing at checkout?

Hello,

My shipping settings are not all populating for USPS. Only certain options are showing up, none of the First Class options are populating in checkout. I can add other options and UPS rates, however I mainly ship first class due to cost and lower weight items.

Have you enabled the USPS First Class Shipping Services under Shipping & Delivery?
