Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have setup my shipping rates to use UPS and when I do testing to calculate them all I am getting to show is next day air. 2 day and 3 day will not show up. Can someone help?

I hope you would have found the solution for this by now. If not, could you confirm whether you have enabled all the services and "future services" under your shipping profiles? Most likely, that would be the issue. Also, please try with different addresses to confirm this is not the issue with the serviceable areas.
Hi I am having the same issue but I don't wish to offer all of the UPS services only UPS 2nd day and for some of my customers they don't have the option coming up for them to select. Is there any way to fix this ?
