Why aren't my policies showing in Minimal theme checkout?

Hi

Can anyone help regarding the policies I have put in ‘Settings’ ‘Policies’ haven’t transferred to the checkout on my Minimal theme on my IPad but look fine on my Samsung Note 10. Has anyone any ideas?
