Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
my payouts are not matching my sales?! I had about $800 of sales this mont but only $500 payout. How do I figure this out?
Hi, @Littlewildlings.
Thank you for reaching out!
If your payouts from Shopify are not matching your sales, there could be many factors to consider. Here are a few steps you can take to figure out the discrepancy:
1. Review the transaction fees: Shopify deducts transaction fees from your sales before processing payouts. Make sure to check the transaction fees charged fro each sale to ensure they align with your expectations. Transaction fees can vary based on your Shopify plan.
2. Check refunds or chargebacks: If you issued any refunds or if customers initiated chargebacks during the month, it could impact your payout amount. Refunds and chargebacks deduct from your total sales and may result in a lower payout.
To find this information please log in to your admin, go to Settings > Payments > View Payouts. Click View Transactions. Please let me know if you have any further questions! I would love to learn more about your business. What type of products do you sell?
