Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We have been experiencing some issues; some orders from Shopify do not reflect on Royal Mail. Why is that?

I understand that you are experiencing some issues when it comes to your orders not being reflected on your Royal Mail account. I'd love to learn more about how you have integrated this to your store so that I can assist you better. For instance, are you currently using an app? If so, I was able to find a onboarding integration guide from Royal Mail that you may find useful. It also may be a good idea to get in touch directly with the app developers as they could provide some more information.
