Why can customers only see PayPal as a payment method?

Hi, i am sorry if my english is not the best this is not my first language.

I have a problem that I can't seem to fix, my customers can only pay with paypall.

I have all the other payment methods active but my clients can't see them any idea why?

I'd be happy to take a look at your store myself from my location to see which payment options are visible currently at your checkout if you can share a link to your store with me here.

Could you let me know which options other than PayPal you have available currently, and what reports you have had exactly from your customers about issues with paying?

Have you been able to test your order flow yourself by heading from the cart to the checkout, entering your payment info, and proceeding next to see the available payment methods?

The more information you can give us here the better we will be able to understand and help out.
