Why can customers only select Australia as the shipping country?

Hey all, i have a problem with my check out, there is only one country can be selected which is Australia,

i have added many ( countries + rate in shipping and delivery section ) + i also added all the  products,

but still customers gets only one country which is "Australia" . i even got my family overseas to try to add there address but still only showing australia as an option!

please suggest me if u know how to solve this issue..

Hi @nonishq,

It could be that you haven't activated the Internation Market. Please check to see if you have enabled the international market yet:

• From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Markets.
• Click on Manage next to the International section

• Click on Activate button

To edit the countries or regions within an existing market, follow this guide.

you were right the market is inactive but the "active " button is not highlighted
