Why can't certain orders be shipped to an address on mobile Safari?

Hello, I am getting a message that certain orders can't be shipped to an address. When tested on desktop, it works on both Google Chrome and Safari. When tested on mobile, it works on Chrome but not on Safari. Also does not work through Instagram links. Most users have safari set as their default browser on their iPhones so it is unlikely they would try again on Chrome. PLEASE HELP. I just started up the business and I don’t want there to be negative reviews due to poor technical issues!!!!!

It is strange that this is happening on a specific browser. The error typically stems from changes to shipping rates since the customer last tried to checkout.

Are you tracking inventory with the products you're testing this with? If yes, do these products have low stock? (i.e 1 or 2 available pieces?

I suspect that if the product has low stock and you're trying to test with these products, then the checkout is holding these items in "reserve" to allow for the original customer to complete their checkout. Which would result in the product no longer being available for people who want to add the product to their cart, or people who previously had the product added to the cart.

If you haven't made changes to the shipping rates, and these products have sufficient inventory, then I would recommend contacting Shopify Support so they can investigate further. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.

All my inventory is between 7-9 pieces per item. So I don’t think that is the issue. Thank you for the help regardless! 🙂
