Why can't customers complete purchases due to payment issues?

customer can't purchase my product due to "shop can't accept real orders or real payments."

There could be a few reasons why this error message is showing. I will just need to gather a bit more information to help you with this. Do you have your payment gateway in testmode? What payment gateway are you using? What plan are you on? Once I have a bit more information, I would be happy to help you!
