Why can't customers see the credit card payment option on my site?

Hello Guys, i live in japan i already set up my shopify payment i filled out all the info and details but when when someone wants to make payment using credit card they can only see paypal but can not see credit card option to click, what am i doing wrong?? any help will be appreciated
