Why can't customers select a country during checkout?

My location is not getting verified, I have only cash on delivery method nothing else and no other country added. customers are not being able to check out bcs they cant select a country to continue the check out process. any idea what to do?

like really at first i couldnt dropship to other countries bcs i cant add payment providers. even if i switch to local i cant add my address. lmao

Thank you for your post. Could you share some more information on where you're receiving an error message that your address can't be verified? If you have a screenshot from your admin, that would be super helpful!
