Why can't I accept payments on Shopify after submitting business details?

it says that i cant accept any payments To continue accepting payments, i need to submit some additional details about my business. i did this but it keeps refusing it

please let me know if im doing something wrong

Thanks for getting in touch here in the Community forums. I am sorry to hear you're having some issues setting up Shopify Payments on your store.

Are you able to provide some more information as to what documents they are asking for and what you have tried to upload? I would assume it is for the business verification here. Where are you located, and what is the error message you're seeing?
