Why can't I activate Shopify Payments while traveling?

Hi there! I'm trying to set up Shopify Payments for my store, which operates in the US, but for some reason the option to activate Shopify Payments doesn't show up in my dashboard. Right now I'm traveling through South America, maybe that's the reason why the option doesn't show? I know it's only available for certain regions, but I didn't think it would be an issue since the store operates within the US. Is there an option to solve this?

I have the same problem. I tried to "finish" completing set up and the form take my information and then clears it out and never updates. I don't know what to do.

I have exactly the same problem, when adding all of the payments info (name, street, birth, IBAN, etc) and clicking save, it just clears out and is blank again, doesnt matter how many times I do it. Somebody help us

I'm experiencing this issue as well. I have been through the process of setting up payments twice, and each time I'm returned to the start of process and asked to provide all my details again.

Actually - I just had the brainwave of checking my browser settings - I'm using Brave and my the shields were up - turning them off for shopify allowed me to add my payment details successfully.

itsnot working fopr me, just tried on a brand new phone which has 0 things installed apart from shopify and tiktok, doesn´t work here either.
