Why can't I add Brazil to my shipping options from South Africa?

I am struggling to add Brazil to my shipping section. Shipping from South Africa to Brazil. Please advise why this is not visible to SA users?

Hi there, @Malikah4321. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community with your shipping question. It's good to meet you! I do have a few questions I would like to ask you before diving in more deeply:

 

  • Are you not locating 'Brazil' as a shipping option within your Admin under 'Settings > Shipping and Delivery'? Are you seeing any messaging saying it's not there, or it's simply just not appearing?
  • Does 'Brazil' appear as an option for customers to say they're from within your checkout?
  • Have you created a 'Market' for Brazil? This is usually the cause of an area missing from an option to ship to. You can follow along with this resource if you've yet to create a market for Brazil within your admin.

As I've mentioned in my point above, this could be caused by not having a Market set up for Brazil yet. I'd love it if you could complete the set up of a market for Brazil, and then let me know if you continue to have issues. I'll keep my eyes peeled for your reply.
