I can't change the country of delivery on checkout page, there is only one variant - United States despite adding in the settings (in Shipping and delivery) other countries

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with this. I am happy to help you with this.
You have to configure your Shopify market. Go to the markets settings and activate markets for all countries. This should solve the problem.

Are you kidding me ? I just spent so much on add spend and the customer couldn't even buy. This is the worst product ever.
Yes I also lost customers to this. I was wondering why customers kept leaving at checkout without converting. Why would shopify not automatically add the markets when international shipping options are added? This is ridiculous.
Perhaps if you decide to spend money it might be wise to test the process before you activate it? Just a thought.
